Grey Salt with Heirloom Tomato

Our Sun Dried Heirloom Tomato Sous Salt was inspired by a visit to our local Farmer’s Market. We have a wonderful farm here in Portola Valley that grows the most beautiful colors of heirloom tomatoes that are sun-dried parchment paper thin. Not only are they gorgeous but they are as sweet as tomato candy. This salt is infused with the Sun Dried Tomatoes, Celery Seed, Basil and Onion to produce a terrific salt with just a hint of complex sweetness
