Thistle Hill is a one-of-a-kind lifestyle shop based in Concord, MA. We are seeking an experienced sales associate 3-5 days per week. Weekend availability is a must. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast paced environments and providing customers the highest level of service.

Please note, this is not a seasonal position.

• An individual with strong customer service skills, an appreciation for our designers & our values.

• A capable teammate who expresses enthusiasm towards learning from our passionate and experienced team.

• Applicant should be exceptionally detail oriented, creative & have a positive attitude.

• All team members must be eager to master working with clients & teammates on the sales floor, but transition easily to operations tasks in the back of house depending on the day.

• 1-2 years retail experience selling women’s clothing and/or accessories is preferred.

• Must be pro-active, highly organized, open to feedback & interested in growing within our thriving business.

• Keeping Sales Floor Organized, Clean and Merchandised Appropriately
• Communicating with and Assisting Customers
• Visual Merchandising and Styling Store Displays
• Online Purchase Assistance
• Assisting in Unpacking Deliveries
• Assisting with E-Commerce Operations
• Inventory Management
